Meet LoAnn Roshau
LoAnn Roshau serves as the Communications and Marketing Director for Dunn County, North Dakota, where she leads public outreach, media relations, and strategic communication efforts that strengthen transparency and community engagement.
Before joining Dunn County, LoAnn spent nearly 30 years as president and owner of LoAnn’s Marketing Inc. in Dickinson. While headquartered in North Dakota, she expanded the company’s reach by operating additional offices in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, specializing in small business development, marketing strategy, and media production.
Her work has earned statewide and national recognition, including being named one of the Five Outstanding Young North Dakotans, induction into the North Dakota Department of Transportation’s Traffic Safety Hall of Fame, and being honored as North Dakota’s Outstanding Woman by the North Dakota Women of Today. Her creative projects have received awards from the International Association of Business Communicators, National Federation of Press Women, North Dakota Professional Communicators, and the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators. She was also selected by the Discovery Channel to produce an educational mini-series that aired nationally.
LoAnn remains deeply active in her community and church and serves on the Hill Top Heritage Foundation and the Home on the Range boards. She is deeply committed to people and passionate about inspiring others to reach their fullest potential.
